💡 How It Works
You will earn 1 Point for every RM10 spent, based on your order total. Points are credited once your order is marked Completed. When it comes to redemption, Points can be used at checkout at a rate of 10 Points = RM1. Redemptions must be made in multiples of 10, with a minimum of 10 Points required per transaction. All Points are valid for 180 days from the date they are credited, and they will automatically expire if unused within that period. Please note that certain products, including Alipay (#5522), QQ (#5517), and WeChat (#5512), are excluded from earning Points.
🔄 Returns and Adjustments
If an order is refunded, canceled, or otherwise adjusted, the Points earned or redeemed will also be updated to reflect the final transaction value. Where necessary, redeemed Points may be deducted from your balance to keep your account accurate.
⚠️ Important to Know
Points are non-transferable and remain the property of YXWORKSHOP. They cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred to another account. In cases of technical issues or system errors, YXWORKSHOP reserves the right to correct balances by revoking, adjusting, or reissuing Points. The Program may also be modified or terminated at YXWORKSHOP’s discretion, with or without notice, as permitted by law.
