Transfer Instructions
When making a transfer, customers must adhere strictly to the following guidelines:
Sensitive words or inappropriate remarks should NOT be included in the transfer description.
If you need to include additional information, only the order number should be used in the remarks field.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in an RM 10 fee, which will be deducted from your refund or payment amount.

Payment reversals initiated without prior communication with YXWORKSHOP may delay or forgo processing of the refund.
Currency & Exchange Rates
