Earning Reward Points
Eligible Activities
Purchases: Earn 1 point for every RM1 spent on eligible products and services. Points are calculated using the floor method, meaning amounts less than RM1 will not earn points. For example:
RM9.50 purchase = 9 points
RM10.99 purchase = 10 points
First Purchase Bonus: New users receive 100 points for their first completed purchase.
Daily Login Bonus: Earn 3 points for logging in each day.
Signup Bonus: Receive 100 points upon account registration.
Birthday Bonus: Receive 1,000 points on your birthday (valid for 30 days).
Account Anniversary Bonus:
Newcomer (0-1 Year): 1,000 points
Rising Star (1-2 Years): 1,500 points
Achiever (2-3 Years): 2,000 points
Champion (3-5 Years): 3,000 points
Legend (5+ Years): 5,000 points
Special Activities
Product Reviews: Earn 15 points for submitting an approved review for a purchased product within 30 days.
Limit: One review per product per user.
Reviews must be approved to qualify for points.

Points Validity
Default Expiration: Reward points expire 180 days after being earned, unless otherwise specified.
Birthday Points Expiration: Birthday reward points expire after 30 days.
Additional Terms
Order Adjustments:
Points are deducted when the order status is marked as Processing or Completed.
Points are returned if the order is Cancelled, Refunded, or Failed.
Coupons:
Reward points are calculated only after discounts are applied.
Points cannot be earned for purchases where a WooCommerce Coupon is used.
Program Modifications:
YXWORKSHOP reserves the right to modify or terminate the Reward Points Program at any time without prior notice.
