At YXWORKSHOP, we provide a wallet system that allows customers to conveniently top up and use balance for purchases within our platform. This policy outlines the rules and limitations associated with wallet use, including top-up restrictions, usage terms, and refund eligibility.
Wallet Top-Up Terms
Minimum Top-Up Amount: The minimum amount for a wallet top-up is RM 20.
Maximum Wallet Balance: The maximum wallet balance allowed is RM 5,000. Once your wallet reaches this limit, further top-ups will not be possible until you spend some of the balance.
Top-up is non-refundable: Once funds are added to your YXWORKSHOP wallet, they cannot be withdrawn or refunded under normal circumstances.
No coupons or discounts: Discount codes, promotional vouchers, or reward pointscannot be used during wallet top-up transactions.
All wallet top-ups must be made using approved payment methods (e.g., TNG eWallet, DuitNow, toyyibPay).
Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. All wallet top-ups must be made by the wallet account owner.
Wallet Usage
Wallet balance can be used to purchase any eligible products or services offered by YXWORKSHOP without any restrictions, except for Touch’n Go Reload Pin (#4886).
Touch’n Go Reload Pin (#4886) cannot be purchased using wallet balance.
There are no limitations on the usage of wallet balance, and it can be applied to all other products and services available on our platform.
Split Payments Allowed: You may now use a combination of wallet balance and other payment methods (e.g., TNG eWallet, DuitNow, toyyibPay) for a single transaction.
YXWORKSHOP reserves the right to limit or restrict wallet usage during specific promotional campaigns or under special checkout conditions.
Wallet Balance Validity
Wallet balance will expire 365 days after the last top-up or usage. After this period, any remaining balance will be forfeited.
It is the user’s responsibility to monitor their wallet balance and ensure usage within the specified time frame.
Account Security & Liability
YXWORKSHOP is not responsible for any losses resulting from the theft or misuse of your account due to your own negligence (e.g., sharing login details or failing to secure your account).
If you suspect any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to your account, immediately contact our support team at +60 11-7336 2556 for assistance.
We recommend that you change your account password regularly and keep your login credentials confidential to prevent unauthorized access.
Misuse and Penalties
Misuse of the wallet system, such as using third-party payments or attempting unauthorized reversals, may result in:
Account suspension or termination
Forfeiture of wallet balance
Legal action if fraud is involved
