2. Minimum and Maximum Top-Up Amounts
2.1 Minimum Top-Up
The minimum amount for each top-up is RM1.
Top-ups must be in whole Ringgit Malaysia (RM) denominations.
2.2 Maximum Top-Up
The maximum amount for each top-up is RM1000.
The YXWKS Wallet can store a maximum balance of RM5000.
3. Withdrawals
3.1 Withdrawal Fees
Withdrawals from your YXWKS Wallet balance will be subject to a 2% processing fee.
3.2 Withdrawal Limits
Withdrawals are subject to the available balance in your YXWKS Wallet after deducting the applicable fees.
4. Transfers
4.1 Verification Before Transfer
Before initiating a transfer, please verify the recipient’s identity.
Ensure all details are correct before proceeding with the transfer.
YXWORKSHOP is not responsible for any losses due to incorrect transfers or fraudulent recipients.
5. Prohibited Uses
5.1 Illegal Activities
The use of YXWKS Wallet for any illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Examples of prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
Money laundering
Financing of terrorism
Fraudulent transactions
Purchase or sale of illegal goods or services
5.2 Consequences of Illegal Use
If we detect or suspect any illegal use of the YXWKS Wallet:
The balance in the YXWKS Wallet will be confiscated.
The associated YXWORKSHOP account will be permanently frozen.
The user will forfeit any rights to the confiscated balance and will not be able to retrieve it.
6. Reporting Unauthorized Use
6.1 Stolen Wallet
If you suspect that your YXWKS Wallet has been stolen or compromised, immediately contact our support team at (+60) 11-7336 2556 to freeze your wallet.
7. Insurance and Liability
7.1 Insurance Coverage
YXWORKSHOP provides 100% insurance for any losses caused by our errors.
We will compensate 100% for losses directly attributable to our mistakes.
All insurance claims and compensations are subject to our final decision.
7.2 Ownership and Rights
YXWORKSHOP retains all rights to the YXWKS Wallet and its functionalities. Our decisions regarding policy enforcement and dispute resolution are final and binding.
8. Monitoring and Compliance
YXWORKSHOP reserves the right to monitor transactions and activities on the YXWKS Wallet to ensure compliance with this policy. We may take necessary actions, including but not limited to account suspension or termination, to enforce this policy.
9. Changes to This Policy
YXWORKSHOP reserves the right to update or modify this YXWKS Wallet Policy at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the YXWKS Wallet following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
