How to reload with Reload PIN

Step 1: Get your reload PIN from My Account and launch the Touch ‘n Go eWallet app

Step 2: Select “+Reload eWallet”

Step 3: Select “TNG Reload Pin” found under Other Methods to Reload

Step 4: Key-in your 10-digit TNG Reload PIN, click “RELOAD NOW” and you’re done!

Starting 1 November 2023, you can convert funds from your Non-Transferable eWallet Balance to your Transferable eWallet Balance. This option comes with a minimal 1% administration fee for each successful conversion.
