2. Application and Approval

To apply, complete the online application accurately and provide true and current information. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our discretion, without providing any reason. If approved, you will receive confirmation and necessary affiliate materials.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

You agree to promote our products/services using approved promotional methods. You are responsible for the content and accuracy of your promotional materials. You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

4. Prohibited Activities

Spamming, unsolicited email marketing, or any form of unethical or illegal promotion. Misrepresentation of our brand or products/services. Placing affiliate links on websites or platforms containing offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content. Self-referral or making purchases through your own affiliate links.

5. Commission and Payments

Commission rates and payment terms will be specified in the affiliate dashboard. Commissions are calculated based on valid sales generated through your unique affiliate links. Payments will be made on a monthly basis, subject to meeting the minimum payout threshold.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights, belong to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use approved promotional materials.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Termination may result in the forfeiture of pending commissions.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation in the program after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program. In no event shall our total liability exceed the commissions earned by you in the preceding six months.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

By joining our Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not participate in the program.
