4. Currency and Conversion

All prices and payments should be made in the specified currency. For international transactions, any currency conversion fees or charges will be borne by the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide proof of payment or payment confirmation to ensure timely order processing. Please notify us of the payment details, such as transaction reference number or payment receipt, via email or our designated communication channel.

6. Refunds and Returns

7. Disputed Charges

When making the payment, please only include the user ID or order number in the payment remarks field. Any other information or comments will not be accepted.

9. Non-Compliance Penalty

Failure to comply with the payment terms may result in the confiscation of the payment or the imposition of a management fee of RM10.
